Just make the tea twice as strong as usual, using twice as much leaves to steep. Then when it's made pour it over ice in the cup. Voila! It's done. Nothing complicated.

Try cold brewing. Just add tea to cold water and leave in the fridge for a day or two. I have yet to try it, but my tea guru advises that this is the best way.
I also enjoy a nice iced tisane during the summer months. Just steep some mint leaves and/or your herb(s) of choice. Then refrigerate. I'm not sure if cold brewing will work, but its worth a shot.

I use a very simple method to make my favorite teas iced --

I brew up a big pot of tea, let it steep for the normal amount of time, then, let the tea cool down to room temp.
After it's reached normal room temp, I stick the tea in the fridge and let it chill!
