OK. It’s been a little bit since I’ve posted anything and I apologize, but I recently got engaged to my amazing fiance, Tania! Fine, so it was like 2 months ago or whatever, but I’m using this as an excuse for as long as I can.
But on that topic, there was one tea in particular that I began drinking the week I become engaged and it’s IMHO a truly great tea. When I think about this tea I can literally taste it on my tongue even if I haven’t had it for a week.
What is this tea you ask?
Well, I’ll tell you – Teavana’s Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls.

This tea is worth every penny and one whiff upon opening this bag and you already know that you’re in for a treat. I think I spent 10 minutes just sitting and smelling the tea before getting up and making a cup. These balls are hand rolled and I think that’s pretty cool. I don’t know why. I just do.
I brewed the tea for about 1 minute and after watching the pearl balls unfold, had a sip. Fruity. Smooth. Caffeinated. Ienjoyed sitting there smelling the cup until it had cooled down enough for me to start drinking. Besides for that, this Jasmine tea is an incredibly smooth tea which had caffeine for me to give me a nice pick-me-up without putting me over the edge.
Although the color itself is weak, I found the tea to not be lacking in flavor. This is one tea not to be missed!
