Ugh.. it’s been one of those days. It wasn’t a bad day, not at all. It was just one of those days that depletes so much of your energy that by the end, all that’s left is that dull throbbing pain we all know so well. On days like these the first instinct is usually a quick dash to the medicine cabinet to gulp down a handful of those familiar little pills.
Tonight however, I decided to skip the medicine cabinet and head straight for the tea cabinet. I boiled up a cup of hot steaming ginger tea and within ten minutes the headache was gone. Tasty, nutritious, loaded with health benefits, GInger is indeed our friend.
